• a Knowledge Base full of questions and answers from Zenpire Support staff and customers.
• an Urgent Pager Request forms - where a Zenpire Customer can page a Zenpire Support Staff member for immediate help (from the Zenpire web site).
• an E-mail Request forms - where a Zenpire Customer can send a Zenpire Support Staff member an e-mail (from the Zenpire web site).
• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) have been started.
